Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after payment. This applies to the ebook and to personalized reports. Because the product is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, the payment is final.

Check your spam and promotions folders first. If the file is still missing, message us on Instagram with the email address used at checkout and the payment date. We will resend the file. A missing delivery is fixed by resending, not by a refund.

Reports are generated from the birth details you provide. If a report fails to generate, or is materially incomplete because of an error on our side, contact us and we will fix or resend it. We do not refund because you disagree with an interpretation or because a prediction did not come true.

If you were charged twice, or see a charge you do not recognize, message us on Instagram. We will investigate and correct a genuine duplicate charge.

Our free tools have no payment, so no refund applies to them.

Please contact us before starting a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue. If a chargeback is filed, we may provide the payment provider with transaction and delivery records.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms are also part of our Terms of Service.
